He began his search career in Sydney, Australia, joining a leading international firm straight out of university, recruiting finance and accounting professionals for a diverse portfolio of industry clients before further developing his trade within a specialist firm focused on recruiting talent within the professional services industry.

In 2010, Cameron moved to Calgary briefly joining a boutique firm before spending more than 6 years within the retained search practice of a national integrated talent development firm, recruiting permanent roles across numerous functions and industries, as well as leading the firm’s interim search practice.

Prior to pursuing a career in executive search, Cameron completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in psychology at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. Since moving to Calgary, Cameron has become active in the community volunteering his time with The United Way, mentoring through Rotary’s Tom Jackson Stay In School Program and driving with The Calgary Stampede’s Courtesy Car Committee. He also sits on the Canadian Cancer Society’s AB/NWT Regional Advisory Board and the Executive Committee for The Top 7 Over 70 Awards Program.
