Our very own Adam Pekarsky was honoured to be part of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA’s) Legal Conference in Calgary in August 2015, when he chaired a panel for the discussion “Creating the Career You Want”. The conference is the premiere annual event for legal professionals in Canada and features outstanding professional development programs, sessions and networking opportunities.
But it wasn’t all work, work, work….
You can read a summary of the conference, kindly provided by the CBA, here.
And thank you to the CBA for making a donation on our behalf to the Law for the Future Fund (LFFF).
Dear Adam
Thank you for your participation in the 2015 Canadian Legal Conference held in Calgary, AB. In recognition of your contribution, we have made a donation on your behalf to the Law for the Future Fund (LFFF).
The LFFF was established in 1984 by donations from individual lawyers, law firms, legal organizations, foundations and corporations. Its goal is to provide financial assistance for objective, independent and thoughtful Canadian research projects that are of national interest or of benefit to the general public in the areas of legal research, legal education, legislation and law reform, and the administration of justice. For more information, please visitwww.cba.org/CBA/LFFF/main.
We truly believe that this year’s conference offered critical information to the profession on such important topics as wellness, innovation, resiliency, new technologies, ethical and professional obligations, and skills for success. The feedback from the program is more positive than ever, and we are so grateful that you were a part of it.
We thank you for your participation and support. Contributions like yours allow us to continue to present legal education and professional development of the highest caliber.
Yours sincerely
CBA
