Over the past 11 years in business, through global financial crises, unfathomable oil plunges, one-in-a-hundred year floods and now a global pandemic, we’ve become quite adept at adapting to our environment. The current COVID 19 crisis has prompted us to innovate yet again.

Outplacement Services
Though our focus is traditionally on assisting people join organizations, from time to time we have to wear a different hat and help them exit. We have offered this service previously, most recently in January 2016 as part of another oil downturn. With the dual threat of COVID 19 and the sharp downturn in oil prices, we once again need to bring this program out of dormancy.

As our clients implement continuity measures to see the organization through to the other side of this storm, inevitably key members of your team have been displaced.
