With an operating budget of approximately $110M, CHC operates and manages over 7,100 housing units and administers over 3,000 private landlord rent supplements, providing homes for 25,000 citizens. CHC offers a wide range of housing programs including subsidized housing; affordable near market rental housing; and rent supplements for tenants with private landlords.

In addition to providing safe and affordable housing, CHC collaborates with not-for-profit, private sector organizations, and government partner agencies to connect residents in their units with support services that foster enhanced self-sufficiency, community integration, and quality of life.
