Our client is searching for a litigation associate with 2 to 8 years of commercial litigation experience from a well-regarded law firm. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with experienced mentors on top-tier commercial and construction litigation files and will have an interest in developing a long-term career in the exciting world of commercial and construction litigation. The Associate will work across various areas of litigation, assisting multiple Partners with large, complex files, as well as running their own files with assistance and oversight from Partners as needed. They will enjoy building relationships with other lawyers, staff and clients and will be inquisitive and forward-thinking, with well-developed research and writing skills.
