City of Calgary Green Line

Pekarsky & Co is proudly partnering with The City of Calgary for the executive recruitment of new senior leadership positions for the Green Line Project team. The Green Line LRT Project, jointly funded by the City of Calgary, Province of Alberta, and Government of Canada, is the largest single infrastructure project in The City’s history. Coming at a critical time when Calgary continues to face challenging economic conditions, the Green Line Program is vital to the future of Calgary and benefits all Calgarians, enabling The City to achieve significant economic, social and environmental rewards. The Green Line is designed to be both a transit system and a platform for long-term city building opportunities, spurring redevelopment and investment opportunities in Calgary businesses and communities.  It will provide efficient service and connections to destinations throughout the city, including opening new areas where people can live affordably with access to amenities, services and sustainable mobility options.

Our firm is leading the recruitment of senior leadership positions throughout this project which will progress through until an estimated date of 2027. In each of these Green Line opportunities, we are looking for individuals with strong values, good integrity, exceptional team players, and strategic critical thinkers. The Green Line will be more than just a transit line. If you bring the expertise and attributes, and you’d like to be part of a project your children and grandchildren will continue to enjoy, let us know.
