Our client, Kepler Capital, is a Calgary based private equity firm focused on the acquisition of small-to-mid-sized businesses across North America. Advanced Endodontic Therapy (“AET”), one of Kepler’s portfolio companies, is the largest multi-office endodontic practice in Nebraska, and one of the most profitable practices in the Central US, having grown continuously since their beginning in 2008. In partnership with Kepler Capital, AET plans to expand its footprint regionally via organic growth and/or through acquisition.
As part of this planned expansion, the practice is seeking to add an Associate Endodontist. As Canadian practitioners are highly regarded, we are seeking a professional willing to move to Omaha on a long term, permanent basis with support from their family/partner/spouse.
The ideal candidate will bring two or more years of specialist endodontic experience. Graduation from a CDAC approved Dental and Endodontic school, enabling licensing in Nebraska is a must. The successful candidate will benefit immediately from a strong existing base of referrals, leading-edge technology, highly trained support staff and systems.
