For over two decades, our client, Dream Unlimited (“Dream”) has been building and developing outstanding homes and communities that make a difference to residents’ lives across North America. In Western Canada, Dream not only builds exceptional single family homes but also develops the master-planned communities they are built within across Calgary, Edmonton, Regina and Saskatoon. The company’s exciting new flagship development in Calgary, Alpine Park, will be a 648 acre next-generation urbanist development that will blend the natural and architectural history of Calgary, creating a comprehensive and connected city lifestyle.
To maintain its growth in Western Canada, Dream is seeking a General Manager, Housing. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and direction to the Single-Family Housing Division and will have accountability for the profitability of the division, while also developing and implementing a best-in-class strategy for the organization’s residential home construction capabilities in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum 10 years’ experience in residential development, design and construction with a medium or large-scale homebuilder, as well as proven experience leading a diverse team of homebuilding professionals. An educational background in engineering and/or planning and project management is desirable.
