Our client, Enerflex, is a publicly traded (TSX and NYSE), premier integrated global provider of energy infrastructure and energy transition solutions. Enerflex delivers a range of natural gas and produced water solutions for customers around the globe.

We are proud to be working with Enerflex’s Canadian Operations team in their search for a Human Resources Manager, Canada.

Reporting to the President, Canada, with dotted line reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Human Resources (HR) Manager, Canada is responsible for providing effective leadership and support to all levels of management and employees in addressing the operational and strategic issues of the Canadian operating divisions and the organization overall. The HR Manager, Canada leads a team of HR and Payroll professionals who support the organization in recruitment and selection, training and development, talent management, pay, and benefits.

In this role, the successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for all Human Resource activities throughout the Canadian business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make this position their own, given their strong coaching and development skills, and desire for continuous improvement. The appointed candidate will be technically capable, commercially aware, and able to inspire and influence people at all levels of the organization.
