Calling all legal foodies in Toronto! We’ve recently partnered with Oliver & Bonacini, one of Canada’s leading restaurant, catering and venue management companies to help the organization find its first Legal Counsel.
With operations in Toronto, Montreal, Saskatoon, Calgary and Edmonton, O&B operates 26 restaurants with 39 private dining spaces, 10 large-scale event venues, and is a preferred foodservice provider at over 10 other venues. In partnership with Concorde Entertainment Group, there is a significant presence in Calgary with 18 restaurants and venues. O&B also has a partnership with and is involved in operations of 2 other hospitality groups in Ontario.
O&B is positioning itself for explosive growth in the coming months and years. As part of these growth efforts, O&B is seeking a motivated and self-starting individual with a passion for the customer experience to join its team as Legal Counsel in Toronto.
We’re looking for legal candidates with 3 to 6 years of legal experience gained in-house or at a well regarded law firm, who bring a depth of expertise in leasing. The successful candidate will also ideally bring expertise in any of the following:
the purchase and sale of businesses,
general corporate/commercial law and/or
employment law
