As a core member of the leadership team, the Manager, Human Resources will oversee the company’s Human Resources function and will lead, develop and implement human resource policies and initiatives that will enhance employee engagement and performance, drive corporate efficiencies and support the company’s ambitious growth plans.
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in progressive human resources business partner roles. A CPHR or other professional human resources designation is ideal. Experience gained within manufacturing and/or technology, as well as acquisition integration experience is highly desirable.
