Our client provides utility services and solutions to a broad customer base across Canada.
The President will provide direction, vision and leadership to the organization in order to achieve top and bottom line growth, maintain key commercial contracts and drive continued expansion across Canada. Reporting to a Board of Directors, the President will be accountable for establishing, communicating and executing a successful business and operational strategy, as well as developing, negotiating and closing commercial opportunities. In addition, the President will be accountable for the organization’s P&L and providing oversight and guidance to staff across Canada.
The successful candidate will be a proven senior leader with a minimum 15 years’ operations and B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate will have experience gained from within the utility industry. A background in engineering would be considered an asset.
