We have recently partnered with Rileys in their search for a Director, Finance in their Calgary office. Reporting to the President & CEO, the Director, Finance will be responsible for all financial aspects of the company. This senior individual will be a trusted advisor to the President & CEO, and will drive a highly effective and efficient finance function within the organization. As the head of Rileys’ Finance and Accounting team, the Director, Finance will be responsible for the overall integrity and efficient delivery of financial information as well as the oversight of all operational accounting to support the company’s strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will hold a Chartered Professional Accountant designation and have a minimum of five to seven years post designation experience. This individual will be an experienced leader with demonstrated expertise mentoring, coaching and leading teams to outstanding levels of achievement. Upholding the company’s corporate values, this individual will demonstrate a relationship-based work style and be capable of establishing credibility, respect and influence both within and outside the organization.
