Our client, Triovest, is a Canadian commercial real estate advisory and capital firm with $11B of assets under management and $2B in active development. The organization employees more than 550 individuals across 8 corporate offices, managing a portfolio of 430 properties, totaling more than 41 million square feet.
The Senior Director, Property Management – Vancouver will provide strategic leadership, mentorship and coaching to a well experienced and high performing team across Greater Vancouver, while directing the region’s overall property management strategy. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing Triovest’s clients’ assets across a portfolio of 5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space.
Key to success in this role will be the individual’s ability to drive a culture of employee engagement, performance and accountability, whilst championing service excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of ten years related office, industrial and/or retail property management experience, including experience managing and developing a team of property management professionals. Experience overseeing a portfolio of assets is highly desirable.
